Stealing, tracing, or claiming any of my work as your own will result in a block, blacklist, and public mention of the theft

Using my work to train AI models will result in a block, blacklist, public mention of the theft, and possible legal action

Using any of my work commissioned by you (icons, web designs, logos, etc.) is allowed so long as credit is provided

Using any of my work NOT commissioned by you, including characters belonging to other clients, must be approved by either myself or the original owner of the character

As an artist, i am allowed to accept or decline any offer/commission at any time

As an artist, i am allowed to use any commissioned work to promote my account and brand

Any amount of harassment or bullying will result in the immediate termination of your commission and will NOT be eligible for a refund

Payments must be made before any amount of work can be done

Hateful, harmful, and/or illegal requests will be vehemently and immediately denied! This will also result in a block, blacklist, and public beware

Minor adjustments or requests can be made during the sketch process. Once line work has begun, no other changes can be made

Average turnaround time for commissions is 1 - 2 weeks, though it can take as long as two months depending on the complexity of the piece or sudden, offline interruptions

Updates will be provided as often as the client requests

All adopt batches are first come, first serve

Once you have purchased an adopt and have become the new owner, you do not have to ask to redesign or change your adopt! It is yours to love and alter however you please

Once your adopt purchase has been finalized and you would like to share your new character, please remember to credit me for the design

If you choose to resell your design, please do not increase the adopt's original sale price

All payments must be made upfront, otherwise no progress will be made on your commission

Payments must be made through KO-FI! I am no longer offering a direct link to PAYPAL due to an increase in chargeback scams

All commission prices are listed as USD and must be paid as such

Once any amount of work has begun, refunds will no longer be available

If the commission has been discontinued due to harassment or bullying, you will NOT be eligible for a refund for the discontinued work

Please let me know if you would like a refund before reaching out to either ko-fi, paypal, or your bank! I am more than happy to refund you in full if you are no longer interested in a commission, adopt, or ych

If i, for any reason, do not refund you within 24 hours, please be sure to remind me! There is a chance that i had forgotten and will immediately see it fixed
